If you need an excuse to wear your favorite white outfit, stroll through one of Houston's most popular neighborhoods and enjoy food, music and shopping, this weekend has you covered.
White Linen Night in the Heights returns Saturday, Aug. 1, celebrating its 20th anniversary with an evening of live entertainment, local vendors and community fun along West 19th Street.
Inspired by the famous White Linen Night celebrations in New Orleans' French Quarter, the annual event transforms the historic Heights into a lively, pedestrian-only street festival where thousands of Houstonians gather dressed in white to celebrate local businesses and artists.
