Police have charged 37-year-old Patrick Lawrence with murder in a fatal road rage shooting on I-20 that killed Fort Worth woman Latavia Davis, with dashcam video helping lead to his arrest.

New details are being released about what led up to a deadly road rage incident on Thursday that killed a Fort Worth woman.
