LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The owner of Lubbock's "One Guy From Italy" spoke at a Hispanic Heritage Month celebration at the White House.

While thanking his supporters at the end of the event, President Trump invited Gabriel Vitela to the podium to address the crowd.

Vitela thanked the president for the "no tax on tips and overtime" legislation he supported, which is now a federal income tax deduction."A Hispanic man that owns an Italian restaurant, married to a white woman from Lubbock, Texas, getting to speak at the White House," Vitela said.
