MEDINA COUNTY, Texas - Multiple people were accused of paying for prostitution, and another allegedly solicited a child last week in Medina County, the sheriff's office said in a news release.

The two-day operation, referred to as "Operation Rolling Thunder," resulted in eight people being arrested for various crimes, including soliciting prostitution, online solicitation of a minor, and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

The release said multiple law enforcement agencies were involved in the arrests in Medina County.
