HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The second man who witnessed the fatal shooting of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent was released from custody on Wednesday, according to his attorney.

This comes a day after a federal judge ordered that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security release Daniel Tirado Pantoja.

Records show the documents were filed on Monday and stated that Pantoja must be released from custody within 48 hours of the order.
