The second annual Water Street Festival will celebrate art, music, heritage and local culture from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 24 in downtown Kerrville, Texas.

The festival brings people together in the central Cultural District of downtown Kerrville.

It will feature live performances, interactive art, artisan vendors, food and drinks, all highlighting the creativity and spirit of Kerrville.
