A new study suggests one Texas city is seeing household incomes rise faster than almost anywhere else in the country.

According to a new analysis from SmartAsset, Lubbock ranked No. 6 nationwide for the largest increase in median household income over the past two years after adjusting for inflation.

The financial technology company analyzed 94 of the nation's largest cities using the latest U.S. Census Bureau data to determine where household incomes have increased, or declined, after accounting for inflation.
