Metallica will bring its M72 World Tour to the Alamodome on Saturday, May 22, 2027, with nu-metal act Limp Bizkit and Swedish melodic death metal group Avatar in the opening slots, organizers said Wednesday.

Sign up Fan club presale tickets become available at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, while local presales begin at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 24. General ticket sales get underway at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25. Citi cardholders and Verizon customers are among those who may be eligible for presale deals.
