HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- FBI Houston confirmed several raids across the city Wednesday morning were conducted as part of an ongoing investigation.

The organization posted on 'X' that the FBI Houston Safe Street Task Force and SWAT conducted the raids in partnership with the Houston Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, and the Department of Public Safety.

The raids were court-authorized and took place at 10 locations, according to an FBI Houston spokesperson.
