WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - First Bank hosted a lunch for first responders, where they surprised the volunteer fire departments with money donations.

The bank awarded a total of $25,000 to 20 volunteer fire departments across Wichita, Archer and Clay counties.

First Bank market president Brandon Anderson said it was important to give back to those firefighters."We feel like it's important for First Bank to contribute to the community, and this year we couldn't think of a better way to do that than through our volunteer fire departments in Wichita and surrounding counties," said Anderson.
