TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The trial of a Tyler man accused of killing a woman and hiding her behind an apartment building continued into its fifth day Tuesday at the Smith County Courthouse.

Jamaurea Jermaine Britton, 22, is charged with capital murder in the 2023 death of Dejah Hood, 18.

A forensic anthropologist from Dallas specializing in trauma analysis testified that Hood's body showed neck fractures that could only have been done at the time of death and would have taken a lot of force.
