HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The City of Houston and its officers are being sued for holding people at traffic stops to turn them over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, according to a lawsuit.

A lawsuit filed this week claims what officers are doing is unconstitutional.

The lawsuit stems from a June traffic stop of 29-year-old Erick Lopez, accused of running a stop sign.
