The July 27 Poteet ISD board of trustees meeting led with a unanimous vote authorizing the issuance of unlimited tax school building bonds, series 2026, levying a continuing direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the bonds.

Poteet ISD board members are: Ronnie Ambriz, Jo Marie Cervantez, Yvette Navarro, Nathaniel Garza, Margie Martinez, Ruben Reyes and Daniel Rivera.

Cervantez assumed duties for Ambriz, who was not in attendance.
