Feds to announce verdict for New Braunfels man accused of smuggling guns from US to Mexico

Federal authorities will announce the verdict in a firearms smuggling trial involving a New Braunfels man accused of illegally transporting guns to Mexico.

The U.S. Attorney's Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives will hold a news conference Tuesday morning to announce the verdict of a weeklong firearms smuggling trial.

The press conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas in San Antonio.
