Schreiner University's football team secured its second win of the 2026 season thrillingly Saturday night at Antler Stadium, as Bryce Warren hit a game-winning field goal with no time remaining to give the Mountaineers a walk-off 31-28 victory over Southwestern University.

The game was back-and-forth throughout, with each team answering whenever the other gained momentum.

Schreiner (2-1), however, outscored Southwestern (0-3) 17-7 in the second half and made several critical defensive plays down the stretch before Warren delivered the game-winning kick.
