Crews respond to grass fire, burning hay bales on side of I-20 in Lindale

LINDALE, Texas (KLTV) - The Lindale Fire Department responded to a grass fire and burning hay bales on Interstate 20 near mile marker 555 Saturday.
According to the LFD, crews were called to I20 eastbound near mile marker 555 in response to a two vehicle accident that sparked a grass fire and set a group of hay bales on fire.
On Sunday, the LFD reported that crews worked throughout the night to roll out remaining hay bales and contain the fire.
