Several student-athletes from the Fredericksburg High School Athletics Department were selected as all-stars this summer and played in the Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) All-Star Game in Arlington, Texas last Thursday and Friday.

Makenna Duecker of the FHS varsity girls softball team was able to pitch for two innings in the Softball All-Star Game last Thursday.

Duecker went two-for-two at the plate with two singles.
