Lucy Pearson, Kerrville Municipal Court judge, will retire from the bench when her successor is named.

Pearson has served as the municipal court judge hearing Class C misdemeanor cases generated within the city limits of Kerrville for the past three years.

Although Pearson has submitted and the Kerrville City Council has accepted her resignation as the Kerrville Municipal Court judge, she will continue her service to the community until her replacement is named.
