A man wanted in connection with two separate sexual assault cases on San Antonio's North Side left behind a key piece of evidence near one crime scene.

A police report indicates that San Antonio Police Department investigators found a red jacket in the bushes while canvassing an apartment complex on Cross Canyon not far from Bitters Road in May.

The detectives were looking for clues related to a reported attack on a 24-year-old woman outside a gym across from the complex.
