San Antonio homeowners could see their property taxes increase under the city's proposed 2027 budget.

The $4. 4 billion spending plan would increase the city's budget by about 4. 1% and includes a proposed approximate 3. 93% increase in property taxes for homeowners.

The city's memo lists the following rates in its proposal for the Fiscal Year 2027: "We don't want to pay no more," Diana Flores Uriegas, a San Antonio homeowner, said.
