ECTOR COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - A grand jury has indicted a 24-year-old Odessa man on charges of capital murder of a 1-year-old child.

According to the Ector County District Attorney's Office, the indictment says that on July 26, Brayden Montoya caused the death of a 1-year-old girl.

The indictment also says that around July 18, Montoya recklessly caused serious bodily injury to a second child, 14 years of age or younger.
