UPSHUR COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - A Big Sandy man died after he was walking against traffic and hit by a vehicle on FM 1002 early Wednesday.

According to the preliminary DPS report, Kenneth McCoy, 36, was walking southbound against traffic just south of FM 852 at 2:52 a.m. He was struck by a BMW passenger vehicle and died at the scene.
