HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A crash involving a utility vehicle in Acres Homes led to a person's death after they were electrocuted while in the truck's bucket, according to HPD.

Police said they responded to a crash scene shortly before 5 p.m. in the 8500 block of Observatory Street on Wednesday.

The two-vehicle crash involved a bucket truck, and a person was in the bucket when it happened, HPD said.
