Republican Tom Sell will face Democrat Kyle Rable in the race for Congressional District 19.

The seat is currently held by U.S. Rep. Jodey Arrington, who is not seeking reelection.

The winner of the November midterm election will represent the district in Washington, D.C. Affordability is a priority for Rable.
