The Texas Senate race has been one of the most watched across the country, and as a result, political attacks ads for and against democratic candidate Texas Rep. James Talarico and republican candidate Attorney General Ken Paxton have been the most visible.

CLAIM: "James Talarico supports parents being charged with child abuse if they do not support transitioning their children. Let that sink in for a minute: Putting parents in jail if they do not support surgically transitioning their children." Who paid for the ad? This ad disclosure states that it was paid for by Texas PAC and not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.
