LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - A car chase through Laredo streets ended in an arrest Friday, August 7, after a suspect attempted to outrun both state troopers and local police, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety and Laredo Police Department.

The chase began on Lane Street around 8:30 p.m. and ended on Mier Street after the driver of a silver Buick abandoned the vehicle and ran away.
