Credit: Instagram / norihandrollbar Dallas-based sushi concept Nori Hand Roll Bar & Sushi will make its debut at Pearl next spring, according to officials with the downtown dining and retail development.

State regulatory documents show the restaurant is going into 1118 E. Elmira St., Building 1, in the Cooper's Row development, across the river from the Pullman Market.

It's expected to begin construction work on the nearly 3,000-square-foot-space this September and complete work in April 2027, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
