HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Investigators are responding to a report of a powder substance in downtown Houston, the Houston Police Department said.

HPD confirmed it received the report at about 3:45 p.m. on Friday at the George Thomas Mickey Leland Federal Building.
