AUSTIN, Texas (KWTX) - The Texas Department of Public Safety is seeking information on an unsolved 1995 murder, offering an increased reward of up to $6,000 for tips that lead to an arrest, according to a statement from the agency.

Celia Loya, 30, was murdered in 1995 on El Paso's east side.

On Feb. 7, 1995, Loya, an office manager at American Sling, called to let colleagues know she would be late to work that day, but she never arrived.
