WACO, Texas (KWTX) - One of the men involved in a fight that escalated into a deadly shooting in Waco over the weekend allegedly sent a video threatening to shoot up a home, arrest warrants state.

Police on Monday announced the arrests of Brayan "Nova" Hernandez, 18, and Leonardo Servin, 20, in the shooting death of Victor Jesus Silva-Delgadillo.

Hernandez was charged with tampering with physical evidence, and Servin was charged with deadly conduct.
