All dislodged buoys recovered in Laredo after multi-day response

LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - City officials confirmed all buoys that broke loose during heavy rainfall in Eagle Pass and floated down the Rio Grande have now been recovered in Laredo, bringing an end to a multi-day, multi-agency response that drew national attention.
Crews recovered 50 buoys near the World Trade Bridge, some of them still connected by strands.
