TDCJ employee arrested, accused of sexual encounters with inmate, warrant says

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas - A Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) employee was arrested Wednesday after investigators said she was involved in a sexual relationship with an inmate, according to a Bexar County warrant.
Bianca Lopez, 37, was taken into custody and charged with violation of civil rights of a person in custody, court records show.
