RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) -Randall County Sheriff's Office reports an inmate was found unresponsive in their cell on Friday.

According to RCSO, at around 6:48 a.m. on Aug. 7, Shaylee Rachels was found unresponsive in her cell by Randall County Jail Officers.
