MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - Midland County Judge Terry Johnson is admitting under oath that he posted a restricted law enforcement report on Facebook and is asking a jury to decide whether he had the right to do so.

In a new court filing, Judge Johnson, through his attorney, admits he posted the report on his Facebook page and admits the criminal statutes cited in the case are accurate.

Judge Johnson denies that he lacked lawful authority to possess the report.
