A man was arrested following a five-hour standoff with Lufkin police after allegedly shooting at people on a city street.

LUFKIN, Texas (KETK) - The Lufkin Police Department arrested a man on Sunday morning after an over five-hour-long standoff.

Officers with the Lufkin Police Department responded to the 700 block of Clark Street at around 7 p.m. on Saturday after reports came in that a man was shooting at people on the street.
