RICHMOND, Texas (KTRK) -- A man was arrested and charged with intoxicated manslaughter on Sunday after a rollover crash involving a UTV in Richmond left one passenger dead, police said.

According to the Richmond Police Department, officers responded to the single-vehicle crash in the 31000 block of Bayound Bend Drive at about 3:30 a.m. Investigators said multiple people were inside the off-road UTV at the time of the crash and that a 33-year-old woman was ejected from the vehicle during the rollover.

The woman was later pronounced dead, officials said.
