(Gray News) - Conservative commentator Katie Zacharia has reportedly been offered the position of White House press secretary following Karoline Leavitt's departure.

According to multiple reports, Zacharia, a communications adviser for President Donald Trump's Truth Social platform, has been selected to take over the position as of Friday.

Leavitt left the role in August.
