ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - The parents of homicide victim Curtis Foley are speaking out.

Foley was found dead behind a house in an alley in the 1400 block of Pecan Street Saturday afternoon.

"He did some wrong things, but that doesn't take away all the good he did too," Mother Misti Taylor said.
