A San Antonio attorney was arrested after an alleged assault in a courthouse conference room, according to an arrest affidavit.

Arnulfo Ortiz, 69, faces a charge of indecent assault, Bexar County jail records show.

On Sept. 11, 2024, a client who hired Ortiz as her attorney for a divorce proceeding said he took her to a conference room, where he "grabbed her hand and placed her hand on his genitals," according to the affidavit.
