WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A man was taken into custody Saturday morning following a 45-minute barricade situation after he allegedly assaulted and choked his ex-boyfriend at a Waco apartment, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

Gilthanis Stenson, 31, was arrested by Waco police on Sept. 12 and charged with assault family violence - occlusion/strangulation, a third-degree felony.
