The Brownwood Lady Lions secured two of the first three sets, but were unable to hold on as the Class 3A Clyde Lady Bulldogs rallied for a five-set non-district volleyball victory Tuesday night.

The Lady Lions won the first set, 26-24; dropped the second, 25-10; rebounded with a 25-23 win in the third; but Clyde claimed the final two, 25-14 and 17-15.

Demayha Hooker's 12 kills were a team high for Brownwood followed by eight from Ashantia Green, seven from Kaydence Chandler, four from Lexi Driskill, three from Adyn Lucas, and one by Abby Brasher.
