HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A hit-and-run crash left a bicyclist dead in northeast Harris County over the weekend, deputies said.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said the incident occurred after midnight on Sunday, while a man was riding a bike westbound on Wallisville Road.

According to HCSO, the victim, identified as Felton Joseph, was riding on an unimproved shoulder north of the roadway without the appropriate lighting on his bike.
