Train blocking Kuykendhal Road as crews investigate deadly single-car crash, HCSO says

A single-vehicle crash near Kuykendahl and Dowell Road in Harris County resulted in one fatality, causing a train to be stalled on tracks while authorities investigate.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- The Harris County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that one person has died after a crash near a train track early Monday.

The crash happened near Kuykendahl and Dowell Road.

HCSO officials did not say what caused the crash, but confirmed it involved only one vehicle.
