LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - Laredo Animal Care Services (LACS) will hold its Clear the Shelters event Saturday, Aug. 22, from noon to 4 p.m. Clear the Shelters is a national initiative led by NBC Universal.
The Laredo event will offer free adoptions for cats and dogs of all ages and sizes.
