HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A 13-year-old is dead after a possible medical emergency in north Harris County on Thursday, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office.

According to Precinct 4 deputies, the incident happened in the 12100 block of Veterans Memorial Drive.

Authorities say that EMS personnel pronounced the teen dead at the scene.
