Man experiencing homelessness stabbed multiple times on North Side, SAPD says
A 35-year-old man experiencing homelessness was stabbed multiple times by a 47-year-old man during an altercation on San Antonio's North Side early Wednesday morning.

An altercation on the North Side ended with a 35-year-old man being stabbed multiple times, according to San Antonio police.
Officers responded to the incident around 4 a.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of Jackson Keller Road, which is located near Vance Jackson Road.
According to an SAPD preliminary report, a 47-year-old man stabbed the other man several times in his upper body.
