WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Waco Police Department officers arrested a 20-year-old man in a deadly shooting that occurred nearly a year ago.

Tyrese Daivon Clark, 20, was taken into custody Sept. 9 and has been charged with murder for the death of 18-year-old Elijah McIntyre, officials said.
