Community Health Development Inc. is adding new providers and expanding locations while providing service to more than 13,000 patients in Uvalde and surrounding areas.

The Health Resources and Services Administration named CHDI the 2026 Gold Health Center Quality Leader Award for exceptional clinical quality, placing them in the top 10 percent of health centers nationwide.

CHDI previously won the accolade in 2023 and 2024.
