The Fredericksburg High School varsity girls volleyball team went 5-3 over the past eight matches, with all five wins occurring during the Marble Falls Volleyball Tournament last Friday and Saturday.

The Billies (6-6) opened the week with a 3-0 loss against Class 6A San Antonio Johnson on the road last Tuesday.

Next, the Billies traveled to Marble Falls, where they played seven matches in two days, beginning with a 2-0 loss against Brenham last Friday morning.
