WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A convicted felon who police say fired at least two shots into a home with four people inside in February remained jailed Monday.
Sean Hetzer, 28, was placed under bonds totaling $84,000 after his arrest Friday on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deadly conduct - discharging a firearm, assault and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon charges.
According to arrest affidavits, a resident in the 4600 block of Bagby Avenue reported he was involved in a verbal altercation with three men who were loading a couch onto a truck at the Heart of Texas Goodwill at 1700 S. New Road."The victim reported that he was walking to his truck when three males who were conducting business outside of Goodwill began yelling and waving their arms at him," the arrest affidavit states.
